JOB SUMMARY:
Housekeeping - Room Attendant
Our Housekeepers are known for creating attractive and clean spaces for our guests. From guest rooms to common spaces, our housekeepers ensure that each of our properties are warm and inviting.
JOB DUTIES & FUNCTIONS
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms
- Ensure housekeeping cart setup including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linens etc.
- Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms
- Perform periodic deep cleans of guest rooms including changing the AC filter, cleaning AC coils, touching up paint, touching up scratched furniture, rehanging closet slide doors, disassembling furniture etc.
- Help create a warm and friendly environment for guest and team members alike
- Adhere to company guidelines as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Other duties as assigned by General Manager or Executive Leadership
ABOUT YOU:
- Hotel or related field experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Effective problem solving in a fastpaced environment
- Strong critical thinking and ability to adapt in high pressure situations
- Ability to listen, understand and clarify issues raised by guests
