We are seeking an experienced
Marketing Analyst who has a proven track record of leading a team onsite and able to deliver.


Position Summary:


One (1) Analyst for the Operations (OPS) department to provide administrative and logístical support for up to three simultaneous training events conducted back-to-back over the duration of the period of performance each averaging five (5) days in duration for an estimated twenty-four (24) students per class.

Approximately 25% of training events are in-person at the WST locations.

When not supporting training events, the contractor shall provide analytical support for data management and analysis and/or multimedia support with video projects.

The contractor must possess a high degree of poise and professionalism and be able to adapt to changes dictated by often dynamic schedules.


Responsibilities may include:


  • Coordinates with regional Deans and Directors, Department Chairs, Learning Asset Managers (LAM), Learning Asset Regional Representative (LARR), Customer Learning Officers (CLOs), faculty, Educational Support Specialists (ESS), students, and administrative staff in support of training events and conferences.
  • Provides administrative, data input, manipulation, consolidation, and analysis using multiple DAU business systems. Identify and evaluate problem areas and follow appropriate procedures for correction to ensure data integrity.
  • Collects and maintains student demographic data. Prepares and updates rosters, statistical reports, and graphic presentations for faculty upon request.
  • Prepares both virtual and physical learning spaces by arranging computer/audio/visual requirements, supplies and materials. Coordinates physical space layout to ensure a professional atmosphere. Ensures cleanliness and neatness of classrooms.
  • Communicates with faculty and staff to ensure learning materials are properly prepared, available, and distributed to each participant for inperson events, or according to the schedule/agenda provided. Ensures commercial learning products are available for each participant for inperson events and DAU publications are properly stored when not in use.
  • Supports faculty and students by providing ad hoc technical assistance and instruction with local audio visual and computer equipment, logon procedures for IT systems, protocol, local rules, and facilities maintenance.
  • Conducts end of course administration close out to include preparing MA certificates, final rosters, and learning space clean up.
  • Supports DAU in reporting facilities maintenance issues related to WST classrooms and common areas, such as trouble calls for broken audiovisual equipment, IT issues, HVAC, cleanliness, and other facilities.
  • Provides support to DAU efforts that are planned, coordinated, and/or executed by DAU faculty in the local area.
  • Coordinates logistics and support to/for guest speakers/visitors as they support either DAU classroom instruction, MA efforts, or other CLO activities.
  • Coordinates with regional Education Support Specialists for required paperwork, rosters, and other administrative documents required during DAU engagements (classes and MA).
  • Provides virtual support for WEBINARS and other virtual events such as TED Talks. Duties include working with the event lead to setup and market the event, troubleshooting audiovideo issues for speakers and attendees, attending postevent hotwash meetings, and gathering/preparing postevent survey data for review and analysis.
  • Provides multimedia support in the form of producing video content for DAU training. Duties include assisting with storyboarding, filming/editing video clips, and uploading completed video files to media depository.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in statistical software such as R, Python, or SPSS.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment with meticulous attention to detail.
