Do you have a completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) and are looking for an exciting professional challenge? Then we have just the right opportunity for you For our renowned client, a modern medical center in Munich, we are looking for a motivated medical assistant (m/f/d) for patient coordination.

In this key position, you will be the first point of contact for patients and ensure that their needs and concerns are optimally taken care of.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Appointment management: You coordinate appointments for patients and ensure a smooth process
  • Patient care: You welcome patients in a friendly and competent manner and are available to answer any questions or concerns
  • Documentation: You record and maintain patient data accurately and efficiently
  • Coordination: You work closely with doctors and other medical staff to ensure efficient patient care
  • Administrative tasks: You assist with administrative tasks such as billing and insurance claims

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
  • Experience in patient coordination is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Empathetic and friendly demeanor
  • Proficient in medical terminology and computer skills
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
