The
Office Assistant assists leadership with routine clerical/office and computer related tasks to include but not limited to filing, scheduling, and data entry including processing workflow tasks as assigned.
- Assists with routine clerical/office tasks, answers telephone calls, and delivers messages.
- Pulls, reviews, and follows up on reports of orders recert and unverified visits.
- Maintains an uptodate medical record by scanning documents timely and completing EOE audits as appropriate.
- Completes discharge chart reviews, performs audits, processes orders to/from physicians, and tracks for timely receipt.
- Communicates professionally within the organization and with external sources (physicians, patients, family members, referral sources, etc.).
- Must have computer skills, clericalbusiness machine skills, telephone communication skills, and be able to type. Must possess general clerical skills and organizational skills.
