What you will be responsible for at our company

  • Process design of plant components for the production process of cement
  • Determination of process concepts for new plants, modernizations, and performance improvements
  • Calculation of energy and mass balances, gas and volume flows, and other process data of main plant components
  • Planning and supervision of physical investigations of raw materials (clinker, slag, etc.), as well as finished and intermediate products of grinding plants. Evaluation of material properties regarding their influence on the process
  • Creation of process design programs, maintenance of software tools
  • Conducting measurement experiments and their evaluation as part of studies, plant audits, R&D projects, and confirmation of the design basis of newly developed products
  • Process-related contract review, including guarantees and warranties
  • Process commissioning and commissioning supervision of plants, machinery, and individual components at customer companies worldwide
  • Conducting plant inspections, condition diagnoses, maintenance, revisions, etc. on-site at the customer's location
  • Handling of complaints
  • Creation of operating instructions, planning and execution guidelines, system standards and manuals, as well as best practice examples
  • Global consultation of CSCs regarding standards and design, as well as technical
