Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the patient schedule
- Collect patient information and update patient records
- Verify insurance and process patient payments
- Prepare patients for dental procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized patient care area
- Follow all infection control protocols
- Comply with all HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 12 years of experience in a dental office setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
