Service Project Manager (m/f/d) for Automation Projects for our renowned client in
Kempten.


Your responsibilities:


  • Independent project management of largescale technology projects for the phases of installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance, both nationally and internationally
  • Complete planning, commissioning, and coordination of all trades, as well as technical leadership of the construction site manager, service teams, and external companies
  • Close monitoring and ensuring of agreed project goals, including regular onsite visits, in terms of performance/scope, deadlines, and budget compliance, as well as regular status reporting to superiors and the PMO
  • Regular bidirectional communication with the customer and the Liebherr PMO project manager regarding project progress and open issues, as well as coordination of planned activities
  • Intensive familiarization with customerspecific requirements, production processes, and procedures as the basis for project success and close support/consultation of our global customers and representatives
  • Identifying potential for improvement in service processes and contributing to optimizations

Your profile:


  • Completed further education as a technician/master in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics, or comparable technical fields with relevant professional experience
  • Relevant experience in service/customer service environment, as well as project management of customer projects, is advantageous
  • Assertiveness, reliability, quality awareness, customer orientation, and strong
