To strengthen our team in our IT department, we are currently looking for a Data Engineer (m/f/d) to join us immediately in Paris.


Your responsibilities:
You will independently gather and analyze technical, conceptual, and organizational requirements in the field of data management.
You will be responsible for translating business requirements into a structured information model (definitions and data relationships).
As a Data Engineer, you will create architecture concepts and make implementation decisions within the team.
You will support business data modeling and the development of data modeling principles and guidelines.
With your skills and competencies, you will bridge the gap between business and IT to support data-driven business capabilities.
You will also work closely with Data Analysts & Change Agents to complete your tasks.


Your profile:


You have completed training as a data and process analyst, a degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification.

Ideally, you already have relevant professional experience and knowledge in the areas of data architecture, data management, and data governance.

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as an understanding of the bigger picture and long-term impacts.
You have good knowledge of databases, query languages, and BI tools (e.g. PowerBI).
You have experience with cloud systems such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Knowledge of the energy industry is desirable.
