This job can be exceedingly rewarding - you will be part of a team working in two large full-service interventional pain/PT/chiropractic/laser therapy clinics that also happens to be one of the few organizations in the country that truly specializes in biologic therapies such as platelet-rich plasma therapy and more.


We are looking for two medical assistants to help with our _busy_ non-opioid pain practices in Glenview and Elmhurst (must travel between the two during the week, no travel during the day).


Job Description:


  • Assisting with patient prep, procedure setup, and helping physicians with xray during interventional pain procedures (carm experience helpful, but will train the right person).
  • Coordinating and maintaining organized patient flow if you are extremely organized, this is for you
  • Greeting patients and performing patient intake (we seriously have awesome, friendly patients).
  • Ensuring that all instruments and equipment are prepared for daily operation.
  • Maintaining medical and lab equipment and supplies and following proper infection control techniques.
  • Administrative responsibilities such as answering messages, scheduling, and EMR charting.
  • Adheres to office opening and closing procedures. We stay a bit later on Monday and Tuesdays, but leave mid afternoon on Fridays
  • Other duties as assigned.

$ $25.00 per hour
