We are currently recruiting for a Key Holder. In addition to this leadership role, we are also on the lookout for part-time crew members.


The Key Holder Position
We believe in delivering a 5-star experience to our customers and our team members. As a Key Holder, you will lead a team of people to deliver a fun, safe and entertaining experience.

The Key Holder is responsible for motivating the team, overseeing operations and minor administrative duties. You will provide exceptional customer service and develop your team using effective leadership skills.

Qualifications
Previous managerial experience in the retail, hospitality or entertainment industry is an asset

Experience leading a team to achieve goals, by helping to develop their skill set through hands on coaching

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multi-task
