Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement quality systems and processes.
• Lead quality audits to assess compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Oversee the documentation of quality control activities, including test results, corrective actions, and process improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures through data analysis and reporting.
• Manage projects related to quality control, including coordinating resources, setting timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and quality control methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues.
• Experience with quality audits and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay:
$50, $80,000.00 per year
