Your tasks

  • Independent project processing and management within the framework of urban and neighborhood development
  • Assumption of planning services and architectural renovation consulting
  • Preparation of feasibility studies and performance specifications with cost estimates according to DIN
  • Participation in projects of urban and neighborhood development as well as support and implementation of urban planning services
  • Consulting for municipalities and property owners
  • Assumption of funding and financial management
  • Support in planning and developing ISEKs and neighborhood development
  • Participation in the supervision of procurement procedures
  • Active management and communicative support of citizen participation processes

Your profile

  • Completed degree in civil engineering, urban planning, architecture or similar qualification
  • Solid professional experience
  • Experience in all phases of HOAI LPH 1-9
  • Knowledge in project management and communication with specialist departments
  • Assertiveness and negotiation skills
  • First experience in the supervision of urban development processes and/or the management of citizen participation processes
  • Knowledge in the field of funding management as well as general and special urban planning law is advantageous
  • Good MS Office skills as well as CAD programs and ADOBE
