Our client, a successful family-owned global beauty brand is on a mission to bring clean makeup and skincare to everyone They are growing rapidly and have a new opportunity available for an experienced Website and App Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the development and design of the website and mobile applications, creating project timelines, and ensuring that the end product meets user needs.
Ensure that the website and mobile applications are up-to-date with the latest features, identifying and fixing any bugs or issues, and ensuring that the website and mobile applications are functioning correctly and efficiently.
Analyze website and mobile application performance metrics, such as traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates, and using this data to identify areas for improvement and optimize website and app performance.
Identify and implement changes to the website and mobile applications that improve user experience, increase engagement, drive user retention and conversion.
Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that applications are user-friendly, efficient, and meet the organization's needs.Responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of web and mobile applications.
You will need to coordinate with developers, designers, content coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Communicate with other departments within the organization, such as marketing, sales and customer support, to ensure that web and mobile applications are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
You will also need to communicate with external vendors and partners as necessary.Oversee the creation and publication of website and mobile application content, including text, images, pricing and multimedia, and ensuring that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company's brand and messaging.
Must have a strong technical background in web and mobile application development. You will need to stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the field.Develop and implement search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve website and mobile application visibility and drive traffic and conversions.
Ensure that the website and mobile applications are secure and compliant with relevant regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.Required Knowledge:
To succeed in this role, you need a strong understanding of website and mobile application development and design principles, user experience optimization, website and app performance metrics, and digital marketing strategies.
This role will manage content for two website across 10 countries and several languages.
Management experience of a small team.
Position will be remote and East Coast based
Salary:
$110,000 - $120,000 + great benefits including 401K with company match
