Join our team as a Grounds and Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a key role in maintaining outdoor areas and assisting with apartment turns.


Position Overview:


As a Grounds and Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks and assisting with apartment turnovers to ensure our community looks its best.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain the appearance of outdoor grounds, including landscaping, lawn care, and general upkeep
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, maintenance repairs to prepare apartments for new tenants
  • Assist with landscaping projects, pressure washing, exterior painting, irrigation, other projects
  • Ensure outdoor areas are safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing for residents and visitors

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in outdoor maintenance and general repairs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail
  • Willingness to work outdoors

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Painting: 1 year (preferred)
  • Landscape maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
  • Irrigation: 1 year (preferred)
