We connect your tasks:


  • You are responsible for the production personnel of defined manufacturing areas
  • You organize and coordinate production (creating shift schedules, coordinating orders, etc.)
  • You are the contact person for technical questions in your assigned areas and monitor production processes
  • You are jointly responsible for training new employees
  • You maintain close communication with the Process Engineering and Quality Management departments

and your qualifications:


  • Technical education in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, microtechnology, or precision mechanics, or equivalent professional experience
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Sense of responsibility and precise work style
  • Leadership skills and communication abilities
