Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of production line workers.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Collaborate with management to optimize production processes.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for production planning.
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
