About Woodland Hills Recovery Center
Woodland Hills Recovery Center is a new outpatient behavioral healthcare facility dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services to our community.
Our mission is to support individuals on their journey to mental wellness through personalized care, evidence-based practices, and a compassionate approach.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the admissions process for new clients, including initial assessments and intake documentation.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote Woodland Hills Recovery Center's services within the community.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners.
- Provide information and support to prospective clients and their families regarding services and admission procedures.
- Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities to raise awareness about the center.
- Monitor and report on outreach and admissions metrics to track the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless transition for new clients into the facility.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to support outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all admissions and outreach activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, outreach, or a related role within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong understanding of mental health services and the behavioral healthcare landscape.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Pay:
$65, $70,000.00 per year
