Job Description:

As an ERP Administrator at Brinkley RV, you will be crucial in optimizing our use of the NetSuite platform. You will manage and maintain our NetSuite system, implement new features and functionalities, and provide technical support to our team members. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes related to finance, inventory management, sales, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize NetSuite to meet the company's specific needs and requirements.
Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within NetSuite.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new features.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business operations.
Conduct training sessions for employees to promote efficient use of NetSuite.
Stay updated on NetSuite best practices, updates, and new features.

Requirements

Proven experience as a ERP Administrator or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, including configuration, customization, and administration.
Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics for custom development and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteAdmin) are a plus.
