Currently, more than engineers work for us to realize and sustainably maintain new bridges, tunnels, train stations, tracks, and signal systems – but that's not nearly enough. As an engineer at Deutsche Bahn, you can plan, manage, or supervise something that will remain: the infrastructure for future generations.

We are currently looking for you as a Planning Engineer for Signaling Technology (m/f/d) at DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH in Karlsruhe.

Your tasks:

You will be responsible for planning small, medium, and complex construction projects
You will carry out planning tasks (cost, schedule, quality compliance) for phases 1-7 of the HOAI
You will calculate planning services and support signal construction companies and construction execution
You will assist in the development of feasibility studies

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering or telecommunications engineering
Your willingness to take on new tasks and work with new technologies (e.g. BIM) convinces us
You have a strong sense of economic thinking and acting, as well as good organizational and analytical skills
You work with dedication, reliability, and independently
