- The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
- As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
- Filtering oil fryers daily
- Maintaining outside grounds
- Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
- Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
- Take out and empty trash cans and cardboard.
- Change light bulbs
- Change HVAC/Exhaust filters and clean roof of debris
- Report to each shift on time and ready to work, timeliness and positive attitude influences our customers and co-workers alike.
- Report to all shifts wearing a neat and clean uniform.
- Follow food safety procedures according to company policies, and health and sanitation regulations.
- Be willing to be cross-trained and be flexible in your schedule to ensure seamless service.
- Interact pleasantly and courteously with each customer and greet every customer with a smile.
