New Village Park and Heather Gardens is hiring for pool attendants for the 2024 summer swimming pool season. New Village Park and Heather Gardens is an apartment community located at 2400 St. Albans Way, Kalamazoo, MI.Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning shower rooms daily.
- Removing trash from shower rooms and pool area daily.
- Vacuuming pool daily.
- Testing pool chemicals as directed.
- Verifying and allowing only approved residents from the list provided and updated by the leasing office into the pool area. Requiring each approved resident to signin.
- Notify office of any issues with the pool or users of the pool.
- Completing time sheet for day(s) worked.
- Shock pool at the end of usage every Sunday.
- Monitor and ensure that all pool rules are followed.
- Inspect and adjust pool furniture.
Must be able to work and interact with a wide range of people, have good safety habits, and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
It is required that the Pool Attendant have good attendance habits and be self-motivated to attend all work hours as scheduled.
