- Possess a solid technical understanding related to maintenance processes such as time-based maintenance (TBM), condition-based maintenance (CBM), and dynamic maintenance (DM)
- Influence key performance indicators (KPIs) including mean time between failures (MTBF) of components and equipment, mean time to repair (MTTR), and continuously improve equipment conditions in the designated area
- Address equipment-related issues in a production setting, focusing on throughput, run-to-run consistency, and minimizing downtime with the support of Professional Maintenance Specialists (PMS) when necessary
- Supervise skilled trades directly
- Collaborate with skilled trades teams to drive waste reduction efforts by implementing World Class Manufacturing methods/processes such as Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Professional Maintenance (PM), Quality Maintenance (QM), Focus Improvement, and People Development (PD)
- Actively participate in and lead kaizen projects to enhance Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and identify waste reduction opportunities through cost deployment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation with project management background
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels, from hourly workers to Senior Leadership
- Capability to establish productive relationships with plant leadership and customers
- Proficiency in handling multiple projects concurrently
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Goal-oriented self-starter with team leadership skills
- Aptitude for coaching, mentoring, and developing skilled trade employees
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
