    Description

    Join our client, a leading company in Automotive Exhaust Solutions, as a Maintenance Supervisor. They are growing their CNC machining facility in Sterling Heights, MI, and looking for an experienced professional to enhance maintenance operations.

    Role Overview:

    As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance team to ensure top-notch performance, safety, and efficiency at the facility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the 2nd shift maintenance team, setting goals, assigning tasks, and providing feedback.
    • Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules in this non-union environment.
    • Perform upkeep on over 50 CNC machines, including known brands such as OKK, Doosan, Makino, and more.
    • Support maintenance and mechanical tasks as necessary.
    • Manage 4 technicians, handling recruitment, evaluations, training, and scheduling.
    • Enforce company policies and agreements, with a focus on safety and environmental protocols.
    • Monitor performance records to guarantee compliance with quality standards and offer technical assistance.
    • Contribute to enhancing processes and reducing costs.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • NECESSARY: Background in maintaining CNC machines.
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting, preferably with CNC machinery.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills in facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution.
    • Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable about manufacturing processes.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
