    Il Gruppo Aeroporti di Roma, nell'ambito della Business Unit Infrastructures nell'unità organizzativa Pianificazione Infrastrutture - Pianificazione Ambiente Mobilità e Territorio, è alla ricerca di:

    Senior Traffic Engineer

    L'asset Pianificazione Ambiente Mobilità e Territorio si occupa principalmente delle attività di pianificazione aeroportuale inerenti ambiente, mobilità e interventi sul territorio, ivi incluse la redazione degli studi di impatto ambientale e la gestione dei rapporti tecnici con i gestori delle infrastrutture di mobilità. Si occupa, inoltre, del presidio verso gli interventi a carico di terzi e/o esterni al sedime aeroportuale che interessano direttamente o indirettamente gli scali.
    La risorsa, a diretto riporto del responsabile di funzione, avrà maturato un'esperienza di 5 -7 anni in ruoli analoghi

    presso soggetti gestori di sistemi infrastrutturali complessi, operatori o società di ingegneria specializzate in progetti di sviluppo dell'intermodalità e dell'accessibilità.

    Principali attività e aree di responsabilità

    Presidiare le attività di pianificazione aeroportuale in ambito accessibilità, contribuendo alla definizione degli strumenti di settore (Piano di Sviluppo Aeroportuale, Documento Pluriennale degli Investimenti, etc.) in raccordo con le iniziative previste nella pianificazione di area vasta su ferro e gomma (Piano Regionale Mobilità, Trasporti e Logistica, etc.);

    Predisporre i Quadri Esigenziali, i Documenti di Fattibilità delle Alternative Progettuali (DOCFAP) e i Documenti di Indirizzo alla Progettazione (DIP) degli investimenti di ambito accessibilità, parcheggi, intermodalità a carico di Aeroporti di Roma;
    Garantire l'integrazione dei programmi di sviluppo esterni e della progettualità in essere da parte degli stakeholder con i programmi di sviluppo infrastrutturale di Aeroporti di Roma, interfacciandosi con i soggetti gestori delle reti ferro e gomma esterne all'aeroporto (Gruppo Ferrovie dello Stato e nello specifico RFI, Trenitalia e ANAS, Agenzia Mobilità Comune di Roma, ASTRAL, etc.);
    Monitorare l'utilizzo corrente delle infrastrutture di accesso agli scali di Fiumicino e Ciampino e le iniziative di rafforzamento dell'intermodalità;
    Predisporre ed aggiornare il piano degli interventi rivolti a garantire una adeguata offerta di sosta per gli operatori ed i passeggeri in aeroporto, in accordo con l'evoluzione della domanda e in linea con le previsioni di traffico;
    Garantire il controllo strumentale della rete stradale landside interna al sedime aeroportuale tramite la gestione dei sensori di monitoraggio del traffico veicolare;
    Garantire la verifica di capacità della rete stradale interna all'aeroporto ed il coordinamento con gli interventi di sviluppo tramite l'ausilio di programmi di simulazione dinamica dei flussi veicolari.

    Requisiti ed esperienze:

    Ottima conoscenza pacchetto Office365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
    Ottima conoscenza di Autocad, incluso modulo Vehicle Tracking;
    Conoscenza delle tecniche di Project Management (costituisce titolo preferenziale la certificazione PMP, CAPM, PRINCE 2, IPMA);
    Ottima conoscenza del Codice della Strada e delle Norme geometriche e funzionali per la progettazione stradale;
    Conoscenza dei software di micro e macrosimulazione veicolare (PTV Visum, PTV Vissim, TransCad, TransModeler, Paramics, etc.);
    Conoscenza di software GIS;
    Esperienza in ambito reporting;
    Conoscenza della normativa italiana in materia di appalti pubblici;
    Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese.

    Titolo di studi:
    Laurea magistrale in ingegneria civile o ingegneria dei trasporti.
