    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is one that is pleasant, hard-working, self-motivated, and possesses a strong background in skincare with specialized knowledge and experience in addressing the unique needs and concerns of clients with diverse skin tones.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skincare concerns, with attention to documenting any specific considerations related to skin of color

    Create relationships with our patients to promote excitement about our products and services, and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations

    Administer a variety of medical aesthetic treatments, ensuring safe and effective outcomes for clients with diverse skin tones

    Develop personalized treatment plan tailored to each client's skin type, condition, and desired outcomes

    Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes

    Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in medical aesthetics

    Uphold high standards of safety, hygiene, and professionalism at all times, with a commitment to inclusivity and cultural competence

    Perform treatments including various facials, dermaplaning, lasers, chemical peels, Diamond Glow, microneedling

    Maintain a clean and organized treatment space

    Qualifications:

    Graduate of an accredited Aesthetician program with an active Texas license

    Valid Texas Esthetician License

    Valid Texas Laser Hair Removal Certification

    Minimum one year experience as an Aesthetician

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds

    Schedule:

    8a-5p, Monday-Thursday, Friday 7:30-4p
