Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and activities
  • Provide support and guidance to children
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement curriculum
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
  • Support children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Help with daily routines such as mealtime, naptime, and toileting, diapering
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

Skills:


  • Experience working with children, preferably in an early childhood education
  • Knowledge of toddler care and developmentally appropriate practices
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers and support staff
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with children with diverse needs
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Type:
