Position
As Technical Director (m/f/d) in Butlerville, OH, you will primarily be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Overall responsibility in technical and commercial aspects
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of around a dozen employees
  • Planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects together with AC and DC engineers
  • Management of external contractors in the AC sector
  • Coordination with authorities and network operators
  • Compliance with relevant technical regulations and guidelines for safe operation, including VDE 4105 (low voltage) and VDE 4110 (medium voltage)
  • Implementation of agile project management, considering valueadding execution
  • Definition of systems and components to be used by manufacturers
  • Ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations

Your Qualifications

  • Educational qualifications: You have a qualified commercial or technical education or degree.
  • Work experience: You have several years of professional and managerial experience in a mediumsized, technologically demanding company in the wood, metal, or fittings industry.
  • Special skills: Good English language skills; experience in agile project management.
