    Associate Director, Model Risk

    Job Description

    • Developing, initiating and revising policies and procedures for the general operation of the business unit's compliance program and its related activities.
    • Monitoring compliance and ethics initiatives of the business unit and providing guidance for the management team on matters relating to compliance.
    • Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; developing corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues and providing general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
    • Responding to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.

    Job Summary

    Establishes effective business unit compliance programs to prevent or identify illegal, unethical, or improper business practices. Applies advanced in-depth and/or broad knowledge, considered a top resource across the organization
