Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Design, develop, and maintain databases to support business needs
  • Utilize Tableau, Power BI, R, and other analytical tools to create visualizations and reports
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and backlog grooming
  • Perform testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system functionality
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Analyst or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of database design principles and SQL
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
  • Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics using R or similar tools is a plus
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
