    Customer Support Specialist role in Independence, KY 41017

    We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Independence, KY (100% Onsite).

    Shift: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday

    Salary: $16.00 to $16.25 per hour

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately input various types of data into our database, such as address changes, unclaimed addresses, and deceased members' information.
    • Verify and cross-check data with source documents to ensure precision.
    • Detect and correct errors by re-entering data for verification.
    • Organize, sort, and verify data before inputting into the system.
    • Provide high-level, personalized assistance to callers handling inbound calls.
    • Process paperwork, resolve credit card issues, and collaborate with other departments as needed.
    • Communicate effectively with members via email to provide updates and resolve issues.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to type accurately at a speed of 55 words per minute.
    • Previous experience in data entry is a must.
    • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail required.
    • Exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service skills essential.
    • Versatile, adaptable, and capable of multitasking effectively.
    • High School diploma or equivalent.
