THE ROLE:

RESPONSIBILITIES (_Include but not limited to_)**:

_Supervise and coordinate the evening shift housekeeping team to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas._

- _Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation._
- _Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards._
- _Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as needed._
- _Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner._
- _Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Engineering, to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction._
- _Uphold all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security regulations._

Qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping with at least 12 years of supervisory experience in a luxury environment.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Detailoriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment used in a hospitality setting.
Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Must have physical stamina to lift, push and pull, moderate amounts of weight on a consistent basis.
Must have the stamina to stand for a duration of an average 8hour shift.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
