    Contact Credentialing Coordinator Remote

    LHH is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator for our client based in Chicago Talented Credentialing Specialists with 2 or more years of experience are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration This position is offered 100% remotely. Please note, the individual in this role must use their own equipment.

    Job notes:

    Hiring method: Contract for 13 weeks, possible to extend

    Location: 100% Remote

    Hours: Monday Friday, 8A-5P

    Responsibilities include:

    Prepares and reviews payer files for appropriate documentation required for the credentialing process.

    Works with credentialing organization to complete initial credentialing for all payers, maintain existing providers participation in healthcare plans, and coordinate receipt of primary source verification applications/documents

    Maintain credentialing database to track all applications, re-credentialing requirements

    Resolves credentialing issues with insurance companies

    Assists in maintaining central credentialing repository database (CAQH)

    Other responsibilities to facilitate and complete full credentialing process

    Qualified candidates will have experience in running Primary Source verifications in education, licensures, work history, hospital affiliations, peer references, liability insurance and malpractice claims. Knowing basic items such as what an AMA/AOA is used for in credentialing.

    Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
