HR Manager (m/f/d) | Mine Clearance Systems

Your responsibilities:

  • People & Culture contact person at the Stockach production site, with a focus on HR management, employee support, and leadership consulting and development
  • Responsibility for operational onboarding, offboarding, and changes from a contract and payroll perspective
  • Supporting change processes for the sustainable growth of the company
  • Collaboration with external payroll service providers and national legal advisors
  • Deriving local HR strategies with a focus on GCS group requirements
  • Ensuring employee-centered and modern HR administration
  • Personnel file and HRIS data maintenance, as well as further development of digital processes
  • Tracking and reporting of HR
