As we continue to push the boundaries of machine design, we are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical components and systems for new and existing ammunition presses
  • Carry products from prototype phase to production
  • Conduct feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs, ensuring compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer requirements
  • Provide and receive constructive criticism in design reviews
  • Maintain records of drawings, reports, etc

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 7+ years of mechanical design experience
  • Leadership and management experience
  • The ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and familiarity with engineering simulation tools
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material selection, and engineering principles
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
