    Description

    Our client, a manufacturing company in Bensalem, PA is seeking an *Purchasing Coordinator* to join their team _This Temp to Hire position is Full Time.

    _


    The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and be responsible for managing interactions with outside vendors and assisting with purchasing, planning, and coordinating materials.

    _The hours are 7:00 – 3:30 pm, Monday- Friday._

    *Job Description:
    • Coordinating with outside vendors for ordering materials and outside processing
    • Review vendor invoices and reconcile with purchase orders
    • Assist in the purchasing process, such as obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and maintaining purchasing records
    • Ensuring timely and efficient processing of all invoices and purchase orders
    • Reconciling vendor accounts and investigating any discrepancies
    • General office responsibilities
    *Job Requirements:
    • Proven experience in handling vendor interactions and purchasing
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
