**The Job**

We are looking for an individual who has a successful track record performing purchasing, scheduling, tracking, supplier management, order management, and invoice reconciliation activities to support NPI. You will be responsible for NPI purchasing which includes R&D materials & tooling, services, and other inquiries for R&D/Engineering teams for North America. Job functions will include review BOM review, purchase requisitions, PO issuance, order and delivery tracking, invoice matching, and other purchasing related activities.

**The Requirements**

5+ Years of total supply chain related experience to support R&D and Engineering.

3+ years of purchasing/planning experience in NPI materials/tooling, services and other engineering-related inquiries.

Experience working at a start-up. Electronic manufacturing environment is a plus.

Experience in coordinating deliverables, schedules, pull-in & push-out to multiple inventory locations.

Experience in managing local and international suppliers.

Experience with invoice matching, reconciliation, and dispute resolution.

General understanding of all supply chain functions, includes sourcing, planning, logistics, and preferably inventory controls.

Comfortable with Google and Microsoft programs, NetSuite experience a plus.

Able to efficiently communicate with internal cross functional teams and suppliers via all available communication channels.

Result driven and with can-do attitude and sense of urgency.
