    We are actively seeking candidates, like you, that are passionate about working with children with a mental health diagnosis. The BHT works in the home, school and community to implement behavior/treatment plans in conjunction with the IBHS clinical team. The position offers a flexible schedule.

    Responsibilities:

    • Will provide services consistent with treatment plan to model for parents, school personnel, and community staff in assisting the child in achieving treatment goals. Ongoing collaboration with family, school personnel, and clinical team. Ongoing consultation and supervision with clinical team and coordinator. Provide short-term intervention while the caregivers acquire necessary skills. Assist caregiver in promoting age-appropriate behavior. Empower families, which require that an adult be present when services are provided. Completion of all paper work, documentation requirements as specified in orientation.
    • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor Degree in Psychology
    • 1-2 years of experience preferred
    • Active Driver License
