Araca's employees play a crucial role as brand ambassadors by curating live event and ecommerce merchandise experiences for some of the most renowned entertainment properties worldwide, including SEGA, _Ghostbusters_, _Wicked_, _Cobra Kai_, _Hadestown_, _The Book of Mormon_, _Jeopardy_, _Beetlejuice The Musical_, and more.

We are currently looking for a Manager in Inventory & Planning to join our dynamic Inventory & Planning team.

A typical day as an Inventory & Planning Manager involves:

  • Managing inventories for various global retail operations
  • Analyzing sales data to determine daily and weekly inventory requirements
  • Tracking and coordinating weekly dispatches worldwide
  • Preparing forecasts for reorders and initial product lines for new accounts
  • Collaborating with multiple departments on product concepts
  • Devising strategies with different teams to enhance merchandise sales and control expenses
  • Managing all purchase orders for assigned accounts
  • Reconciling vendor invoices for financial processing
  • Maintaining pricing structures to ensure profit margins
  • Ensuring accurate stock details in the inventory management system
  • Conducting global quarterly inventories for audits
  • Supervising stock receipt, dispatch, and delivery from the Corporate Office with support from associate inventory planners

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in inventory management or purchasing, with at least 13 years in the entertainment or retail industry
  • Knowledge of NetSuite is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced and creative setting

Pay: $45,000 - $50,000.00 annually
