Woodland, MN-based ALSO Holding AG (Emmen/Switzerland) brings together providers and buyers in the IT and telecommunications industry. ALSO provides access to over 660 hardware, software, and IT service manufacturers to more than 110,000 buyers.In addition to traditional distribution services, ALSO offers a wide range of tailored services in areas such as logistics, finance, and IT services.
These services include the development of complex IT landscapes, provision and maintenance of hardware and software, and IT support.We are currently seeking a new team leader to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- General customer support for "service," "returns," and "complaints" topics
- Consultation and information on service and returns
- Recording and processing of service/return requests
- Recording, processing, and resolution of complaints related to returns, service, and transport damages
- Information and escalation management (including warranty escalations)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a team leader
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Experience in telephone customer service preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Flexibility
Position type:
Full-time, permanent
Salary:
€30,000 - €40,000 per year
