Description

• Responsible for event setups, ceremony transitions, and event tear downs both inside and outside
• Run floor scrubber before and after events and maintain the cleanliness of our main space
• Complete facility tasks and projects as needed
• Show attention to detail regarding indoor and outdoor room layouts for all event types
• Collaborate with Venue Supervisors for a smooth transition from ceremony to reception, while interacting with clients and their guests during this time if needed
• Ability to stay motivated and driven to complete job responsibilities while working on your own
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and be willing to adapt schedule for event requirements
• Maintain venue storage area and inventory of facility items
• Comply to all safety procedures when executing work duties and responsibilities
• Ability to repeatedly lift 4050 lbs and move large objects safely
• Problem solve as needed
• Communicate well
• Weekend and late night or early morning availability required
• Previous experience in event setup and logistics is preferred, but not required.
• On the job training

• Flexible schedule within event parameters
• Six hours minimum per week, with more hours based on event schedule (busier timing May through October)
• Compensation $18 $19 per hour
• Premium pay for 3rd shift timing
