YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Care organization
Leadership and personnel management
Quality management
Budget planning and resource management
Communication
Documentation and reporting
Crisis management
Complaint management
Interdisciplinary collaboration
Shift planning

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed training as a nursing professional (m/f/d), e.g. geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse, or pediatric nurse (m/f/d)
A managementrelated further education of at least 460 hours according to §80 SGB XI
A professional and customeroriented demeanor
Several years of experience in managing nursing facilities and leading teams
Knowledge of quality management and dealing with legal framework conditions in nursing
