- Collaborate with business and technical teams to provide application architecture, design, configuration, and support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in various aspects of Dynamics, including technical requirements and system upgrades.
- Work within the team to deploy configurations using best practices across different environments.
- Manage and support the D365 helpdesk team, troubleshoot system issues, and provide guidance.
- Lead analysis sessions to determine application requirements and participate in solution design.
- Enhance application capabilities through customization and reporting.
- Create system documentation and participate in the development life cycle.
- Contribute to the organization's technology roadmap regarding Dynamics.
- Handle system administrative tasks such as user roles and access management.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, supply chain, and WMS.
- Experience in Dynamics application design, custom workflows, and Power Platform.
- Functional and/or Technical Certifications related to Dynamics.
- Proficiency in electronic reporting and tools like PowerBI and SharePoint Online.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
- Previous experience as a Dynamics 365 System Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and security.
- Ability to solve problems and pay attention to detail.
- Communication and training skills in Dynamics 365 are a plus.
