- Planning, design, and construction management of water resources infrastructure projects. Projects may include the following: Water Conveyance Facilities (culverts and canals), Water Control Structures (gates and spillways), Impoundments and Stormwater Treatment Areas, and Pump Stations
- Managing activities related to project scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, resources, and risk elements to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility.
- Project outlines, project initiation, project schedules, project executions, and project closeout
- Lead contract document preparation including construction plans, specifications, design reports, cost estimates, and permit applications.
- Manage day-to-day activities of project engagements including clients and project teams.
- Successfully interface with multi-disciplinary design teams
- Achieve project objectives including quality/scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Mentor engineering staff.
- Assist in marketing business opportunities with key clients and development of responses to RFPs/RFQs
- Develop and maintain continuing business relationships with clients as part of ongoing business development efforts.
- Must possess a bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of relevant experience is preferred. Less experienced candidates shall be considered.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

CMA has employment opportunities for a Senior Civil Engineer. The candidate would focus on stormwater and site civil design as related to water resources infrastructure projects for State and Federal agencies. This role may require travel and coordination with professionals from other offices within Florida.
