    Your Role with The Company:
    – Design and engineer cutting-edge powersports components using 3D modeling software
    – Craft detailed production drawings and establish appropriate manufacturing tolerances
    – Collaborate closely with QC and clients on materials, production schedules, and part validation
    – Work seamlessly with estimating, customer service, and purchasing to ensure on-time and budget-friendly projects
    – Utilize 3D modeling software to create tooling for vacuum/drape-formed components
    – Integrate feasibility, performance, and reliability throughout the design process
    – Report directly to the Director of Operations, ensuring your contributions are recognized company-wide


    Background Profile:
    – 2+ years of successful design experience (plastics experience is a plus)
    – Master of 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
    – Solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) principles
    – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    – A keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational abilities
    – Strong math skills and the ability to interpret blueprints
    – Adaptable and resourceful with a knack for problem-solving
    – Familiarity with Illustrator, Microsoft Office Suite, PDM Vault, and AutoCAD is a plus
    – A general understanding of the power sports industry is a benefit
    – Possess an associate's degree in a relevant field
