- Collaborate with financial professionals, members of their teams, and internal business partners to co-operatively design new features/enhancements including, but not limited to New Account Opening, ACH instructions Check requests, Wires, standing and periodic instructions, RMD instructions, ACAT and non-ACAT transfers, Beneficiary updates, dividend reinvestments, Power of Attorney changes, and Advisory Goal Modification requests.
- Partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze, understand, and document business needs and objectives.
- Gather and document requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Construct user journey maps/flows, process flows, and other supporting visual and requirements documentation.
- Assist in the management of product roadmaps and backlog and make prioritization decisions based on business priorities, user feedback, and consumer and market needs.
- Partner with program/project management, user experience, development, and testing teams to execute and deliver against shared business objectives and delivery milestones.
- Drive awareness and promote the usage of digital solutions by presenting and/or showcasing their value and benefits within the company, at conferences and events, and/or with prospective financial advisors/institutions.
- Lead cross functional team charged with driving platform-wide awareness and adoption campaigns including marketing and communications to increase knowledge, training coordination to enlighten the user community on key capabilities and benefits, and coordinate efforts with service and other supporting teams.
- 5+ years of digital product management and/or related experience with financial advisor and/or consumer facing products/solutions. Financial Services experience required and other vertical industries a nice to have.
- Experienced leader and/or influencer of people and distributed teams.
- Ability to be a thought leader and drive both the vision & strategy and the execution of a digital product/solution.
- Data and insight driven approach to understanding the marketplace, customer needs (end-consumer and financial professional), and competitor offerings.

What we need:
The Product Owner, Client Onboarding and Servicing Solutions role is responsible for product ownership of Account Opening and Client Servicing related capabilities including account opening, asset and money movement, account maintenance, advisory account management, and related activities, enabled via Cetera's digital platform AdviceWorks. Reporting to a Director of Digital Solutions, this role owns user story and requirements documentation and solution design and execution for different features and functionality and will help drive the product strategy/roadmap in collaboration with product managers and business partners. Candidates need to possess a strong, integrated skillset that combines digital product development/ownership skills with business analyst skills. They should also be capable in leading and collaborating within a matrixed team structure and successfully delivering complex technology solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This individual will also play a key role in product testing, training & education, marketing/communications, go-to-market activities, adoption and promotion strategy, and ongoing support related activities. This position offers remote work flexibility with the opportunity to work from any of our office locations, Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Des Moines, San Diego, Schaumburg, St. Paul MN.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $100,000- $130,000 plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
