CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE


You will be responsible for taking and entering orders into our proprietary management software, which we will train you how to use.

Duties will also include, but are not limited to:

advising customers on their projects, job quoting, customer correspondence through the order and proofing processes, invoicing and processing payments, filing, and assisting with various operational tasks across the shop as needed.


Minimum qualifications required for consideration:

  • Previous experience in a fastpaced customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High organizational competence with ability to multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong data entry and basic math skills.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is a plus but not required.
  • Any previous printing and/or graphic design experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right person.

Pay:
$ $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
