Position Summary
You are required to behave in an appropriate manner while representing BuffWater in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities
- You are required to operate within the BuffWater's QHSE, human resources, and standard operating procedures
- Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance guidelines
- Customer policies and procedures
- Adhere to all BuffWater's policies, procedures and guidelines, report all hazards, near misses and events to your supervisor / manager immediately.
- Comply with the requirements of BuffWater's QHSE Management System.
- Maintain a high standard of work quality through accuracy and efficiency when completing tasks
- Ensure that all company property is used in accordance with the correct procedures.
- Display a positive attitude towards the company, clients, and coworkers
- Ensure that cooperation and respect is always demonstrated to customers, vendors, and work colleagues
- Ability to accept responsibility and make decisions
- Ensure that tasks are completed on time through efficient organization and planning
Position Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to endusers regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment, software licenses, and services.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of IT assets and equipment.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of audiovisual equipment for meetings and presentations.
- Provide training and technical guidance to endusers as needed.
- Stay uptodate with advancements in technology and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and remote support tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Azure Administrator Associate
- Previous experience working with a distribution or logistics company
Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
