Position Summary


You are required to behave in an appropriate manner while representing BuffWater in accordance with all company policies and procedures.

In addition, you are required to demonstrate the following behaviors:


Key Accountabilities

  • You are required to operate within the BuffWater's QHSE, human resources, and standard operating procedures
  • Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance guidelines
  • Customer policies and procedures
  • Adhere to all BuffWater's policies, procedures and guidelines, report all hazards, near misses and events to your supervisor / manager immediately.
  • Comply with the requirements of BuffWater's QHSE Management System.
  • Maintain a high standard of work quality through accuracy and efficiency when completing tasks
  • Ensure that all company property is used in accordance with the correct procedures.
  • Display a positive attitude towards the company, clients, and coworkers
  • Ensure that cooperation and respect is always demonstrated to customers, vendors, and work colleagues
  • Ability to accept responsibility and make decisions
  • Ensure that tasks are completed on time through efficient organization and planning

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to endusers regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment, software licenses, and services.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of IT policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks of IT assets and equipment.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of audiovisual equipment for meetings and presentations.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to endusers as needed.
  • Stay uptodate with advancements in technology and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Azure Administrator Associate
  • Previous experience working with a distribution or logistics company

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
