Your tasks:

  • You will take on the technical leadership and guidance of the employees in your team
  • You will be responsible for daily operations, tracking production goals, and distributing production orders within your team
  • You will analyze errors and coordinate with adjacent departments (e.g. quality assurance). Additionally, you will contribute to improving quality processes within the team
  • You will ensure the qualification of your employees and actively participate in testing and completing measuring probes
  • You will conduct quality checks during production and create corresponding inspection reports

Your profile:

  • You have completed a technical education and have further training as a technician/master (m/f/d), or alternatively a comparable qualification
  • You have previous leadership experience and professional experience in the above-mentioned areas.
