Job Description


During our trainee program, you will go through various stations in Germany and abroad, tailored to your individual needs, over a period of 18-24 months.

Afterwards, you will take on a challenging specialist or project task in the Mobile Components division. Together, we will lay the foundation for a successful career.


What awaits you:

4-6 stations, including one abroad: You will gain in-depth insights into various areas within the sales environment at Bosch Rexroth. Possible stations include technical inside and outside sales, controlling, product management, or related functional areas such as development.

Challenging tasks: You can expect exciting specialist and project tasks with operational and strategic challenges, for example in technical consulting for customers from all over the world.

Exclusive mentoring: During the program, you will be supported by a mentor from the upper management level in your professional and personal development. You will also be accompanied by a current trainee during onboarding.
