The Challenge

  • Customer consultation and support for our sales and service partners worldwide
  • Comprehensive handling of service orders
  • Inquiry analysis, error diagnostics, development of customer-specific solutions, creation of offers and documentation
  • Coordination of complex product-related commissioning in Germany and abroad for all product groups
  • Processing of complaints, including determination of damage/repair scope
  • Evaluation and decision-making for warranty and goodwill services

Your Skills

  • Completed degree in mechanical engineering (we are happy to give graduates the opportunity to develop with AERZEN) or further education as a state-certified technician with professional experience
  • Excellent technical understanding
  • Knowledge of the product series blowers and compressors is advantageous
  • Good English skills in spoken and written form
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Occasional willingness to travel worldwide
  • Independent, self-motivated, and structured work style
